ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT WILL GOOD DIRECTIONS, INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
